Good Ol' Video Switcher!
If you've ever been in a TV studio or around a remote TV crew with a multi-camera setup, you might have seen a video switcher. It allows you to cut between multiple camera feeds and saves a lot of time editing later. Well, you don't have to do a straight cut or fade; there are a ton of other transitions possible with most switchers. This prank uses a wipe and they leave it halfway rather than completing the switch.
